Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: West End

Hours: 33 hours per week

Pattern: 11 hours a day Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00PM-7:00AM

Salary: 25,000.00

One of our main clients are seeking a Night Concierge to join their team as a permanent employee based in Soho. They are one of the largest Property Management companies offering plenty of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm and professional welcomes to all visitors and residential.
• Ensuring people are logged into the visitor book
• Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when needed
• Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults and damages
• Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
• Dealing with the post systems
• Acting as a first point of contact
• Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
• Liaising with the housekeeping, cleaning and grounds keeping staff to ensure that the safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Building walks / checks
