TSR Legal have a new and rare opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a multi-disciplinary and extremely friendly Cardiff firm.

The Role:

  • The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be managing their own caseload involving a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, shared ownership
  • You will be working in a busy, expanding team within a well-known, extremely friendly Cardiff firm and will be committed to offering excellent service to clients at all levels.
  • Working a varied caseload, you will undertake a broad brush of work for a variety of clients

The ideal candidate:

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 year PQE
  • You should be communicative and have the ability to form lasting relationships with clients
  • Personable
  • Able to work well using own initiative
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Confidence and interpersonal skills when speaking to clients and colleagues
