TSR Legal have a fantastic opportunity with a small multi office firm with offices in Bridgend who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join due to natural growth.
You should be able to run your own residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion independently and be adept at dealing with both sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold matters.
If you are able to deal with 50-60 files + I'd love to hear from you.
You need to have good client facing skills and be and a can-do attitude.
