Your new role
The role of New Product Development Manager is a new position for the company. It is required to generate new ideas in order to release new food products and formats into FMCG markets. This is a highly innovative role in which you'll be required to continuously create and develop, as well as lead projects through to completion. An important role for the business you'll liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as well as the wider marketing team in order to project manage launches from inception through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
New Product Development experience; from conception through to completion. Research, Ideation, P&L, Present to Senior Management. Ability to understand a brand and its target audience. Ideally FMCG experience, food market is desirable. You'll be excited and passionate about developing new products, bring your energy and enthusiasm, as well as your ability to work strategically and with structure. Ideally you'll be educated to degree standard or possess and equivalent qualification.
