National Account Executive 12-Month FTC

Location: Tamworth / national travel

Salary: £35,000.00

Summary:

This role is for a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity leave. You will be responsible for the overall contract management of regional and national account customers for this specialist asset rental company ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction are delivered for account profitability, contract retention and wallet share growth. A significant amount of time will therefore be spent visiting customers and liaising with internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer contract terms/SLAs are being maintained by both parties.
• Develop relationships for contract retention and increased wallet share of fleet contract sales.
• Facilitate and foster positive service delivery.
• Conduct regular contract review meetings and monitor service delivery.
• Work in conjunction with the Business development team to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new accounts.
• Be the primary escalation point for issues.
• Manage any payment of recharges and address any overdue debt or recharges.
• Review KPI reports for compliance and service delivery prior to presenting to customer.

Experience:

• Excellent levels of customer service experience
• Previous management of National accounts
• Held responsibility for the retention and renewal of nominated accounts and have a consultative sales approach
• Able to develop excellent inter-company relationships.
• Competent in the resolution of issues
• Good operating knowledge of MS office and sales related software
• Previous fleet or asset management experience preferred.
