Multi-Trade Tradesman

A Leicester based maintenance company is currently in search of a multi-skilled tradesman to become a vital part of their expanding team, specializing in a range of commercial and private property projects in the Leicester/Leicestershire area. As a tradesman, you'll engage in diverse tasks, from participating in large-scale projects like loft conversions, garage conversions, and extensions, to handling general property maintenance duties across domestic and commercial properties.

Essential Qualities:

• Being adept at working independently with minimal supervision while also being receptive to guidance.
• Adhering to industry safety protocols and staying updated with building regulations.
• Possessing a good level of physical fitness, dedication, and enthusiasm for the role.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor is key.
• Flexibility is necessary, including occasional Saturday shifts and participation in an out-of-hours roster, with additional compensation.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset is highly valued.
• A full, clean driving license and being over 25 years old (as a company van will be provided) are required.
• Residency in the Leicester/Leicestershire area is essential.

Desirable Qualities:

• A trade qualification (such as carpentry, plumbing, electrics, bricklaying, or plastering) is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred.

This position offers:
