Multi Skilled Plumber

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Multi Skilled Plumber on a temporary basis on their day-to-day repairs team.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber include:

  • Carrying out all aspects of general repair and maintenance work surrounding plumbing
  • Unblocking sani-flow systems and whale gulper pumps in wet-rooms
  • Maintaining vented hot water cylinders and measuring up for replacements
  • Renewing tiles, flooring and worktops
  • Painting walls
  • Patch plastering
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Reporting additional repairs and safeguarding concerns
  • Leaving customers' homes clean and safe
  • Updating your PDA
  • Ordering parts and materials

Requirements of the Multi Skilled Plumber includes:

  • City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
  • UK Driving License
  • Basic skills within a secondary trade
