Our client is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Operative, responsible for carrying out day-to-day reactive works within the Liverpool area. If you're a competent tradesperson with experience in the private letting sector, they want to hear from you!

Overview of the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will tackle a variety of tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting. You will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal development and hands-on experience in property maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting
• Possess a full, clean driving licence and be mobile
• Own tools necessary to complete various maintenance tasks
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and reliability
• Excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance
• Ability to assess job sheets, compile materials lists, and coordinate with tenants
• Work effectively as part of a team or independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive maintenance tasks across various properties
• Assess and address job sheets while efficiently managing material requirements
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with tenants
• Maintain all tools and equipment to ensure safe and effective operations
