Venn Group has been approached by a Contractor in York to recruit for a Multi Skilled Operative on a temporary to permanent contract within Social Housing.  

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Social Housing 

The duties will include: 

  • Repairs on social housing properties  
  • Carry out aspects of plastering, joinery, painting, plumbing and tiling   
  • Work on tenanted and void properties  
  • Using PDA systems 

Essential Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Experienced in carrying out repairs within social housing 
  • Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided) 
  • Own tools
