An award-winning firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Motoring Defence Solicitor to join the team at Associate level (3-5 PQE).  However, my client would consider more senior candidates where there is a following of work.

When it comes to defending drivers in the UK against criminal motoring prosecutions, the specialised team of motoring offence solicitors is dedicated to providing knowledgeable counsel and support. This team represents private individuals nationwide facing a whole array of criminal driving offences, including:

  • Careless driving
  • Drink and drug driving
  • Speeding
  • Using mobile phones while driving
  • Failure to provide a specimen/information

You will have experience of previously handling a caseload of a range of motoring offence matters, as well as being experienced in attending court for hearings and the ability and willingness to travel if required.

You will be joining a supportive team and be given the resources to progress your legal career alongside working to support highly ranked senior individuals in the team on interesting and complex cases.

In return you will receive a wide range of benefits as well as being given the opportunity to grow your career alongside a well-respected team in the industry.

If the above opportunity sounds like your next challenge, please get in touch with Amelia Greenough at G2 Legal for immediate consideration.
