If so, we seek a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging motion graphics that communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible and visually appealing manner.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and visual effects, and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our digital content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
