Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £30,000
Commission: Uncapped. Protentional OTE of £100k+ from year 2.

We're excited to announce our partnership with a prominent Mortgage Brokerage, who are looking for an exceptional Mortgage & Protection Adviser. You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a dedicated personal support team. All leads will be provided and pre-vetted. You will also be enjoying a 3pm finish on Fridays, free parking, and wellness days. This role offers strong uncapped commission and a potential OTE of a £100k + from year 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new & existing customers.

  • Provide expert advice on regulated & non-regulated mortgage products.

  • Advise on protection products like Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover & Income Protection.

  • Collaborate with a supportive team, including Paraplanners, Case Managers, and Lead Generators.

  • Identify new opportunities and potential referrals.

  • Deliver exceptional advice and service levels exceeding customer expectations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in consumer-focused advisory roles.

  • Excellent presentation skills with outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

  • Familiarity with industry-leading mortgage & protection sourcing technology.
