Ideally you will have experience in new build or shared ownership property.

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, assisting with the mortgage application process, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, review mortgage options, and guide them through the mortgage lending process.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Mortgages
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide recommendations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the affordable housing sector is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in mortgage lending or finance
