We are currently searching for an experienced Self-Build Mortgage Broker to join an award-winning mortgage brokerage in London. This is a great chance for you to make a real difference to customers’ lives by helping them to acquire the best mortgage and insurance deals that meet their individual needs. This is a regulated role and the successful candidate must hold a full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of self build mortgages, and navigating clients needs to secure the most appropriate lending solutions for their development projects. You will also be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional service to your clients, from start to finish, ensuring that they are able to make informed decisions and receive the best possible deal.

The role will require you to have a good understanding of the self build mortgage products and have an in-depth knowledge of the different types of mortgages available. Additionally, you will need to have excellent research skills and be able to interpret financial data accurately.

You will be required to have a minimum of three years’ experience in the mortgage industry and a proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
