Mortgage Broker (Remote / Hybrid / Employed)

An established, successful, directly authorised, wealth manager and independent mortgage brokerage requires an experienced employed mortgage broker

The position can be office based, hybrid or fully remote

The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.

The company are expanding due to high business levels and in turn are currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Broker to join the team.

As an independent Mortgage Broker, you will be provided with potential client leads that come into the business, but you will also be expected to have your own book of clients and be able to self-generate new leads.

The firm’s clients are gained from the firms’ new business development activities, their well-established existing client base (renewal and repeat business) and via company marketing.

Within this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide mortgage advice not only on Residential and BTL cases but also on Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage cases.

Essential Experience.

• Mortgage broking experience is essential (within the independent market).
• You must hold the full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Although not essential a broker with regular exposure to HNW/complex mortgage clients/cases would be desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• You must be ambitious, driven/committed to succeeding, whilst also being a team player.
