Amazing Opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor based in an established and successful Estate Agency in Northampton

Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

OTE £45-50K

Car allowance/company car

If you are currently working as a Mortgage Broker and you are fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, then this is definitely worth your attention. Consideration will also be given to a candidate with previous or recent experience and a proven track record in the Mortgage Industry. Working with a market leading local Estate Agent delivering a very professional service, it gives the added bonus of working in a "Hot Lead" environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To offer professional and informed financial advice
  • To deliver exceptional customer service
  • To increase business levels and exceed targets
  • To keep up to date with products and regulations

Essential:

  • CeMap (or equivalent) qualified essential
  • Currently or recently working as a mortgage broker
  • You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
  • Well-presented, communicative and articulate
  • Thorough knowledge of the mortgage marketplace
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
  • Skilled at cross selling opportunities
