Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisor to provide high quality mortgage and protection advice to customers embarking on self build or renovation projects. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Buildstore are the market leaders in the Self Build market throughout the UK; the role will be office based and after training one day per week working from home. You must also be able to work additional flexible hours including weekends for specialist events and exhibitions with time off in lieu to meet the requirements of the customers, face to face.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join one of the UK's largest and established self build mortgage brokers. Earnings are uncapped so only ambitious people should apply and full training will be given in the specialist, niche sector.

You will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years mortgage and protection experience
• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Be a solutions provider
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
• Be focused on exceeding weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s and sales targets
• Be able to clearly describe the Buildstore value proposition and the benefits to clients
• Be happy to work weekends by discussion to fulfill the role
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
• Be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
