• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 (including car allowance)

Main Duties: As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing mortgage advice to clients in Weston-Super-Mare. You'll be dealing with properties averaging £270,000, and the bustling market sees over 75 property sales each month. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering mortgage advice to clients.
• Evaluating mortgage applications and providing solutions.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Explaining complex mortgage details to clients.
• Staying up-to-date with mortgage and property market trends.
• Collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
