Mobile Provisioning - Client Support Specialist
The role of the Client Support Team is to support the sales team, assisting in the provisioning and fulfilment of sales orders and the ongoing technical support of customers. We are currently looking to strengthen our Mobile Team/ provisioning support services with the recruitment of an experienced Mobile provisioning person. As part of the Client Support Team, the role also covers the support of our Fixed-Line customers.
The role will liaise closely with sales staff, equipment suppliers, fixed-line telecom carriers and mobile networks, as well as having a good working relationship with colleagues.
Responsibilities Duties will include providing support to the sales team, the checking and progressing of internal deal paperwork and customer contracts, close liaison with Mobile Networks and the direct interaction with clients during sales/ installation process. After-sales / client care should feature high on your personal agenda. The position should develop into a Telecoms Support Specialist role, offering technical support and advice to both the sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in a similar role in the B2Btelecoms industry, preferably with one of the main carriers or distributors. They will be used to working in a busy admin/ back-office environment, supporting both the sales teams and customers, and have excellent numeracy and communication skills. Good spreadsheet skills are also essential for this position, along with a positive attitude and being able to work on own initiative. Product reach: An excellent understanding of available mobile products and services with experience of provisioning and supporting Hosted VoIP services.
