Mobile Electrician

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £36,000

Location: West Yorkshire

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Randstad Solutions are currently working with a Facilities Management organisation, who are seeking an qualified, time served Electrician who has experience in the commercial sector, to carry out all areas of planned and reactive maintenance. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis across West Yorkshire.

Main duties will include:

• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Complete all relevant paperwork and CAFM documentation for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works, ensuring timely submission to the contract administrator.
• Prepare and utilise Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
• Cultivate positive relationships with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure a Safe and Healthy working environment, including adherence to uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Keep up-to-date plant logs at all times.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors' maintenance activities on site.
• Adhere to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• 18th Edition
• NVQ/City and Guilds
• Experience working within a Facilities Management environment
• Full UK driving licence
