Join our dynamic Buying team at Sytner Group, a leading provider in the automotive industry. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality vehicles to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced MINI Manufacturer, Auction, and Lease Buyer to join our team.

 About you

As a MINI Manufacturer, Auction, and Lease Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and purchasing MINI vehicles from our manufacturer, auctions, and lease companies. 
 
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory meets the demands and expectations of our customers while maintaining profitability for the company.
 
Some of the key responsibilities of the role
 
Vehicle Sourcing: Identify and source MINI vehicles from manufacturers, auctions, and lease companies to replenish inventory.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current trends, pricing, and demand for MINI vehicles.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with manufacturers, auction houses, and lease companies to secure the best car purchasing opportunities.
Vehicle Evaluation: Evaluate the condition, history, and value of MINI vehicles to make informed purchasing decisions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer, auction houses, and lease companies to facilitate ongoing partnerships.
 
Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive purchasing is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favourable outcomes.
Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
