An American school in Abu Dhabi seeks a Middle School Vice Principal to join the team in August 2024 for next academic years (24/25). As a Middle School Vice Principal you will continue to lead the ongoing successes of the Middle school as well as supporting other areas of the school and its future expansion. Seeking a Vice Principal to support the Principal with the overall running of the school whilst demonstrating a relentless commitment to the students, staff and parents, overseeing curriculum development, assessment, strategic systems, culture, and visions, whilst being involved in the recruiting, managing and motivating staff to ensure a high level of teaching standards, whilst guiding staff in their career development.

To be suitable for the role of Middle School Vice Principal you must have the following:

• Be an senior leader with a previous track record of success and 5 years’ experience in leadership
• Be a leader of a Middle School or (Upper Primary / Lower Secondary)
• Be able to create and positive culture that demonstrates honestly, integrity and initiative
• You must be fully qualified in Education with a Masters degree
• As school Vice Principal, you will be professional, adaptable and committed to the long terms progression of the school, staff, students and wider community
