Job Title: Software Developer

Salary: £35K - £50k

Level: Mid Level

Our client is searching for a proficient Mid-Level Software Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technology stacks, Web Forms, and SQL.

The ideal candidate will engage in both maintaining existing software solutions and spearheading the development of new software and improvements using C#, VB, MVC, and SQL. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills since you'll primarily interact with internal stakeholders across our organization. Effective communication is key, as you'll liaise with personnel at various levels of seniority. Collaboration is integral to the team dynamic and ethos, and familiarity with Agile principles is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software utilizing C#, VB, MVC, and SQL (Prior experience in all is required)
  • Actively engage in Agile rituals such as Stand-Up, Refinement, Retrospective, and Sprint Planning.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communication, ensuring accuracy, politeness, and conciseness. Prioritize ensuring that your work doesn't impede the productivity or well-being of colleagues.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols throughout employment.
