MEMBERSHIP RESEARCH ASSISTANT - 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Our client a Central London Membership Body in the publishing world are looking for a new person for their Membership team to get involved in researching and contacting potential new members.
You would be working in a team of 3, proactively making calls to agents and publishers to identify new members and contact them to let them know the benefits of membership.
You will also deal with enquiries, document all outcomes and update and maintain the database.
You will need a minimum of 6 months’ office experience working to deadlines in a busy team. Experience from within a call centre or sales environment would be an advantage.
You will also need excellent written skills and a confident and professional telephone manner
This role is an exciting opportunity for Graduate to work in the publishing sector. It is initially being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract but there is potential for this to be extended. Immediate start preferred.
