Our client

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our highly esteemed and reputable client based in Northampton who are seeking a Membership Experience Advisor to join their team on a full time.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent communication skills. Within this role, the postholder will be required to provide general sales and sales administration support. You will ensure members gain value from their subscriptions.

Responsibilities

  • Contact members by phone or email to promote services, products, and events regularly to keep them engaged and ensure they renew their membership.
  • Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally, directing them to appropriate colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Help manage customer accounts to increase revenue and maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay connected with clients to ensure their needs and our services are well understood within the organisation.
  • Identify client needs and create proposals to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales members to boost revenue.
  • Occasionally attend events or meetings as needed.
  • Support Regional Sales Executives by scheduling appointments and preparing for sales calls.


The candidate

  • Familiarity with membership organisations.
  • Previous business-to-business work experience.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Telesales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Sales or customer service experience, mostly via phone.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented team player.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
