Salary: up to £25,000
Hours: Annualised Hours Contract (Evenings, Weekends, working abroad/away from home for up to 10 days)

Job purpose:
The principal purpose of the role is to prepare equipment within the workshop, install, operate, and de-rig the equipment on site. Working on an annualised hours’ contract, you will work shifts to cover workloads. Working late evenings, mornings, weekends, and away from home for periods of up to 10 days is a requirement of this position. The role involves working from our warehouse in Tewkesbury and on-site in various locations. The company expects every individual to be fully flexible, adaptable, and to work across all departments when required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Accurate preparation and stock recording of equipment inbound, outbound, and on location.
- Assist and support internal IT requirements, equipment, and staff support.
- On-site client support, operation, installation, and de-rigging of equipment.
- Assisting and training clients in the use of equipment.
- Adhere to all documented procedures, maintaining efficient processes for equipment preparation and return within the workshop.
- Continuously develop understanding of equipment and take ownership of skill development.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and any additional procedures required.
Key Personal Attributes:
- Willingness to work weekday & weekend overtime when requested often at short notice.
- Minimum age of 21 with a full driving license.
- Full current passport
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active, flexible, can-do approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines unsupervised on a day-to-day basis.
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
