Mechanical Project Manager - Central London
My client is an internationally renowned Building Services Contractor who specialise across the Mechanical & Electrical built environment. The business specialise in the full M&E spectrum within the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare & Education sectors. Currently the company has a T/O in excess of £40 million and work with major blue chip construction companies such as ISG, LendLease & Sir Robert Mcalpine to name but a few.
The company require a Mechanical Project Manager to be based between head office and site. This role will be reporting directly to the Contracts Director with the view of creating a new team. Paying up to £75,000 Basic Salary with additional company perks this is a great opportunity to progress your career while working on some extremely prestigious projects.
The role will ideally be suited to a Mechanical Project Manager who is looking for a business that offers technically challenging projects; where you will have the chance to be influential in a scheme from inception through to handover. You will be based on a project in Central London managing a Mechanical value in excess of £12 million. The scheme involves a full D&B as well as part refurbishment.
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally be qualified to a minimum City & Guilds level although it is preferable to have an ONC/HNC within a relevant field. You will have gained over 10 years experience working across the UK Mechanical Building Services industry and previous involvement overseeing schemes with Mechanical values £3 million upwards.
