Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Uxbridge - Up to £17 per hour - 35 hour week

My client is a leading educational institute who is currently looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer. You will be based at the large university building working within a long standing team of engineers.

My client is currently looking for 1 key member of staff to complete the team; the successful candidate will have a proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance including electrical and mechanical maintenance including the maintenance on all mechanical building services equipment. .

Requirements

  • Apprentice Trained
  • City & Guilds Mechanically qualified or equivalent
  • Proven track record in Commercial building maintenance.
  • Client facing
  • Good communication skills

Hours

08:00am - 16:00pm - Monday to Friday

Salary

  • Up to £17 per hour
  • For the right candidate the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff will be available

Duties

  • General building services tasks including emergency lighting, fire alarms, water treatment, basic plumbing, lighting, ballast changes etc.
  • HVAC Plant
  • AHU's / FCU's
  • Split systems
