Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) - Manchester ( Media City ) - Permanent

Salary:

• £38,732.40 + £1,200 shift allowance, totalling £39,932.40 per annum.

Shift Pattern:

• 7-7 (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Job Role :

• Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.
• Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
• Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment
• Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's
• Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001

Qualifications & Experience :

• Demonstrate competences with all relevant qualifications
• Been in the FM Industry for a minimum of 5 years
• Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls
• You will be required to undertake general plumbing tasks as part of the role and general mechanical
• tasks
