I'm working with a client based in Aylesbury who are looking for a contract draughtsman to assist the design team with a back log of work. The position will be working alongside another Contractor and 3 X Perm Design engineers.

Process:
Download a role off of the task queue > Create a proposal/Job Spec > Cross checking the design with regs > Design > Testing through hand calculations > Creation of Design documentation > Prepping / Finalising Proposal documentation

Hand calculations - Testing of the product to prove that it works

CAD Software = Solidworks & IES - Modelling software for Building & ventilation
Working with the other 3 Design engineers to develop engineering drawings - for Machining and textiles
Working with the head of design on engineering design reviews
