Freelance Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor - Southampton

Our client, a leading Mechanical ad Electrical contractor are currently recruiting for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on various building services projects.
This is a freelance outside IR35 opportunity.

Location:

Southampton

Day rate:

£400-£450 per day (Outside IR35)

The role:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on an exciting portfolio of building services projects.

Requirements:

- NEC forms of contract knowledge beneficial
- Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying experience
- Measurement experience advantageous
