Maths Teacher
Tradewind are Supporting a Long Standing Client who require a Maths Teacher to support them on a full time basis. With a supportive department, and other Tradewind staff already supporting the school longer term, this role is to commence from 3rd June.
The Placement is likely to extend into September, with the school also looking to recruit on a permanent basis. This academic year, two agency staff have already obtained permanent contracts from the school following successful trial periods.
Ideally, you will be happy to plan and mark, with full specialist teacher responsibilities such as Parents Evening and staff meetings - for this booking style, pay would be to scale, representing a daily rate of between £153.85 and £211.96 depending upon your experience. This would be paid on a weekly basis via Tradewind's fantastic centralised Payroll team.
However, the school are also open to candidates who want to focus on delivery. Maintaining an engaged classroom, you would be responsible for delivering pre-planned resources, which would be provided by the department. In this instance, the daily rate would be between £120 and £170 per day depending upon experience.
