Are you Marketing Graduate with a creative flair and strong communication skills?

Due to continued success our client is looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic Marketing Graduate with great attention to detail coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking sills. Experience would be beneficial in product design. We are looking for a marketeer with knowledge of graphics packages, preferably Adobe.

This is an exciting time for our client as they look to refresh their brand with anew website and marketing campaigns, plus introduction of new products. Therefore, the successful candidate will be busy and will become a valuable member of the team. The role will entail assisting with managing products in the company’s portfolio and help to deliver new products. Amongst other tasks, you will need to become conversant with the technical specifications to maintain user manuals, maintain product brochure literature, and become familiar with operating the products.

Marketing Graduate Key Requirements

  • Educated to degree level - candidates with a degree in marketing, product management, or life science desirable.
  • Highly analytical and able to monitor success of campaigns.
  • Confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.


Marketing Graduate Key Responsibilities
Marketing

  • Assist the Marketing team with Content Creation - Articles, Case Studies, Blogs, Company News including activities around E-Newsletters, New product launches, Graphic Design (Adobe experience preferable), Product photography & videography, Website maintenance, Social Media Marketing - Scheduling + supporting graphics, Chasing for Customer Reviews
  • Designing packaging, instruction manuals, brochures, price lists, and website content and social media content.
  • Creating marketing presentations for clients and the sales team
  • Preparing slideshow presentations for executive meetings


Product

  • To analyse competitors' products and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Conducting consumer research, which entails investigating what consumers want when ordering a specific product.
  • Conducting on-site quality assurance throughout all stages, from concept to production
  • Establishing/maintaining working relationships with key original equipment manufacturers (OEM) partners to ensure the team receives feedback promptly so they can resolve any issues quickly.
  • Implementing quality maintenance procedures and enhancements for design and equipment
  • SKU management
  • Providing design feedback during product development and quality assurance cycles
  • Updating the product line roadmap.
