Hooray are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a leading FMCG organisation to recruit for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a traditional marketing position focussed more activation and brand management, as opposed to digital marketing.

As a Marketing Executive, you will:

• Lead, develop, execute and maximise on annual activation plan
• Champion in store activation working in partnership with the sales and brand managers to achieve targets
• Be seen as the expert on activation, monitoring trends and competitor activity
• Take ownership of new product development and manage them through the process
• Ensure collaborative partnerships with marketing agencies, ensuring they are challenged and managed effectively

To be successful as a Marketing Executive, you will:

• Have experience of working within a FMCG environment
• Hold traditional marketing experience
• Be a proactive individual with a flexible attitude
• Hold a full driving licence, with access to a vehicle
• Have experience working with external stakeholders
