Overview:
We are searching for a Marketing Director to spearhead marketing efforts within the Luxury Investment, E-commerce, and Retail sectors.

In this role, you will lead the development, marketing, and sales plans, with a primary focus on the launch of a new luxury retail shop.

Day to day & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate PR events and initiatives to engage our target audience effectively.
  • Lead all aspects of paid advertising initiatives, maximising ROI and driving qualified traffic.
  • Drive organic growth strategies across various social media channels and content marketing.
  • Develop and run content strategy aligned with brand values and target audience.
  • Liaise with E-commerce and Retail Managers to ensure alignment of core business goals.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in launching and marketing in-house brands and products.
  • Commercially oriented with experienced strategic thinking and execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CMS management platforms, including Hubspot CRM, Webflow, and Wordpress.
  • Highly skilled in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, AHRefs, and Meta analytics reporting.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong initiative and multitasking abilities.
