This multi-facetted role is perfect for a customer-focused individual looking to build a career within the marine leisure industry and join a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven customer service or customer facing experience
• A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems

You will be working as per a duty rota that will include some nights, weekends and bank holidays. A knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as full training, where required, will be given. A full, clean UK driving licence is advantageous.
