As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the hotels. Working closely with the finance team and hotel management, you will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the efficient running of the properties.

Key Duties (for the Management Accountant):

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the hotels.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to ensure they align with budgetary targets.
  • Support hotel management in making informed financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part or Fully Qualified
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
