Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Coleshill
Employment Type: Temporary with the scope of becoming permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Regular production of weekly and monthly management information.
• Support in producing monthly management accounts to strict deadlines.
• Posting house sale completion statements and journals.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain timely and accurate plot data.
• Provide cover for other team members and assist in JV accounting and forecasting.
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the division.
• Coach and support other team members.

About You:

• You have a background in construction and are available immediately.
• You possess excellent analytical, organisational, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to explain technical financial information clearly to non-finance individuals.
• Experience using COINS
