Our client is actively seeking a skilled Management Accountant at the finalist stage to bolster their small but mighty accounts department and contribute to their growth journey. Working closely with the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will be an engaging split between financial Reporting and Management Accounting, including managing fixed assets, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts alongside the management accounts pack. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting management with strategic decision-making with your data.

Skills required

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong appetite for learning and assuming new responsibilities.
• Possess ACCA/CIMA finalist status or equivalent qualification, with a solid understanding of management accounting principles.
• Confident interpersonal skills to thrive within an operational finance role and engage with non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience within the manufacturing sector would be desirable but not a necessity.
