Management Accountant

Your new company
This highly successful property company is looking for a Management Accountant to join their company on a permanent basis. They are well established within the market and prioritise working collaboratively within their company.
Your new role
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
· Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Management Accounts
· Finance partnering with our Project Managers and Site Management teams
· Managing and taking full ownership of a portfolio of Property Accounts
· Preparing analysis as required for audit and tax purposes
· Input of financial transactions into property accounting system
· Preparing and submitting VAT returns
· Daily bank reconciliation
· Balance Sheet Reconciliation and analysis
· Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have multiple years experience within a finance role and have experience with management accounts. You will be part qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or fully qualified (AAT) or equivalent experience within the roles. If you have experience within property this will be highly advantageous to your application but is not essential.
