This is THE growth role.

A dedicated Finance Director to learn from, exposure beyond day-to-day accounting into commercial projects, and once totally integrated, a promotion to Finance Manager.

With the total support and guidance of the Finance Director you will:

• Produce full sets of Management Accounts on a monthly basis with full commentary and variance analysis
• Exposure to people-management
• Full exposure to budgeting and forecasting
• Full involvement in the audit alongside the FD
• Full scope to implement your own processes and systems
• Presentation of the accounts to the Directors and Board

On your profile, we're looking for a part-qualified Management Accountant, looking for the next step in their career, someone who has produced full sets of MAs but perhaps hasn't had the opportunity to present at Board -level who is genuinely excited about the prospect of developing themselves.

As a part-qual, this is the exact level of role you need to be able to progress your career, full exposure at Board-level, people-management, strategic involvement and a path for promotion.

They'll pay for your study support, put you on leadership courses, invest in infrastructure, update software, implement new process, literally anything you need to succeed will be provided.
