Agility are currently recruiting for an Assistant Managemnet Accountant for one of our clients based in Warrington

The role itself will be working with other members of the finance team. This role has come around due to company growth and there is no sign of it slowing down anytime soon allowing plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development.

Full training will be given

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of Management accounts - the detailed processes involved will be as explained by management to you as our standard procedures.
  • Prepare, monitor and control analyses for prepayments and accruals
  • Reconciliation of specified Nominal Ledger accounts on a monthly basis
  • Supervise the bank reconciliation to statements on a daily basis and process petty cash payments, ensuring adequate records are maintained.
  • Prepare NL expense account analyses.
  • Maintain and process the company payroll, including HMRC payments and related administration functions.
  • Maintaining fixed asset register for your dealership.
  • Distribute vehicle debtor and cash account analyses, with responsibility for reviewing and clearing queries with respect to cash allocation.
  • Prepare VAT reconciliations and submission

  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Kerridge/Drive.
