Management Accountant - 3 Month FTC

I am currently partnered with a market leading bespoke manufacturing business that is growing year on year. Last year they were subject to their first audit as their turnover exceeded £10 million. The company are looking for a well-rounded, seasoned contractor to assist with month end and year end, allowing the CFO to spend more time on automation and system implementation.

As a Management Accounting contractor you will be responsible for producing month end accounts, answering auditor queries and chipping in with transactional duties as and when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external audits and answer queries
• Ownership of P&L & Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with month end close including accruals, journals & prepayments
• Assist the finance manager with production of monthly reporting packs
• Reviewing current processes and offer implementation improvements

This role is best suited to a candidate who is CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified or be qualified by experience (QBE). The position is fully office-based Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8-4pm.
