Our client is a specialist liability practice that is looking to expand its business into property adjusting.

• It has strong existing support from several principals within the commercial property claims field which they would look to grow into major loss.
• They now seek individuals both to lead this area of their business and to take on traditional fee-earning roles.
• You can live anywhere within the UK and will be part of a new and exciting team as our client grows its commercial property unit.

About you:

• Candidates should have proven track record within major loss both in technical and operational management roles.
• Applications are sought throughout the UK but with an initial preference to recruit adjusters in the South East and ideally from those who are A/FCILA qualified.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salaries for technical adjusters are likely to be at £80,000 plus benefits and senior operational management roles will be in excess of £100,000.
