The successful Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with completion of preventative and breakdown maintenance activities across all areas of the business with the aim of maximising machine availability.

The role will involve:

  • Assist with planned maintenance checks on manufacturing machinery as per Amazon's planned maintenance programme.
  • Assist with the management of planned maintenance schedules, ensure they are adhered to and keep up to date records of planned maintenance activities.
  • Assist in identifying improvements for planned maintenance activities/schedules.
  • Assist with machine breakdowns, repair & problem-solving activities.
  • Assist with the analysis of breakdown, root causes & proposed remedial actions to address repeating issues.
  • Assist with machinery related continuous improvement activities.

To be successful in this role of Maintenance Technician we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Experience of working with manufacturing process equipment
  • Computer literate
  • Engineering & Mechanical aptitude.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Logical thinker, able to identify root cause of problems and look for solutions.
