More about the Maintenance Technician role:

You will be a point of contact for any facilities issues and queries, continually making sure that scheduled and reactive maintenance is carried out effectively and efficiently to support the continued operation of the business whilst meeting H&S requirements and all building related legislation.

You will liaise with internal and external parties throughout, building strong relationships and working proactively to address potential obstacles.

Here's what you can expect to be doing:

As our Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all upkeep and maintenance of tour Logistics Head Office in Crewe. Looking after our building to make sure it is as well cared for as the staff which works in it. Liaising with colleagues to deal with requests for ad-hoc jobs and ensuring that daily checks are carried out to keep on top of any new issues that may arise will require a driven person who can stay calm under pressure and get the job done. 

This is an excellent building and we want to make sure it stays that way, some of the tasks likely to be undertaken are outlined below;

- Planned preventative maintenance

- Reactive maintenance

- General joinery

- General plumbing

- Painting

- PAT testing

- Undertake minor day to day repairs and decorations

- Daily site inspections
