Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with property managers and tenants as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites in and around Manchester.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
  • Cladding experience (desirable)
  • Must have own tools
