Our client is a leading Company within the food industry with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to a company re-structure and development within the organisation, they are looking for a number of aspirational Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to join their expanding team as they grow as a business.

Shifts & Benefits Package:

* Shift:- 4 on 4off 12 hours days and nights rota
* Salary:- £51,806
* Benefits:- Private Pension, Life Assurance, 5% bonus, £5,000 signing on Bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

* Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
* Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
* Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment
* Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
* Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical & mechanical)
* Track record of electrical fault finding & ideally knowledge of PLC's
* Must have exposure of working in a Food/FMCG manufacturing environment
* Self-motivated and able to work in a team
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality
* Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
