About the Role: We are recruiting for Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile distribution site.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance on the site
  • Deliver key service elements such as planned preventative maintenance, fault rectification and fault eradication
  • Identify and resolve issues with the materials handling equipment, including identification of root causes

As a Maintenance Engineer, we are seeking the following qualities:

  • ONC/HNC/BTEC or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or PLC Engineering or a recognised apprenticeship in an appropriate engineering discipline
  • Experience of automated materials handling equipment
  • Recognised cross training from Mechanical to Electrical Engineering of vice versa
  • Self-motivated and able to work and motivate others
  • Able to maintain effective professional working relationships
  • Ability to work at height

The role is offered with a shift pattern (Mon to Fri, weekly rotation 0600-1430 / 1330-2200).
