Maintenance Administrator

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Maintenance Administrator to join a construction company based in Potters Bar. The ideal candidate must have 3 years’ experience in Property maintenance coordination and be exceptionally organised. The role will involve extensive planning and scheduling of multiple properties and is best suited for someone that can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Book engineers’ diaries and send job sheets to engineers
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and clients
  • Create Maintenance & Aftercare schedules and books
  • Keep accurate records of completed maintenance and repair work
  • Ensure maintenance and repair work is all completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Look after maintenance reports, engineer hours, comments and parking
  • Supervise and follow the progress of ongoing maintenance and repair projects
  • Raise invoices and respond to client enquiries
  • Diarise manager surveys, estimates and visits

Key Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in Property Maintenance coordination or service-related role
  • Previous experience with MAC
  • Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organised
